Fees
We charge a ‘callout’ fee of £200 to investigate the issue which is payable upfront on submission of this form. Thereafter, we charge £80 an hour to resolve the issue, which will be invoiced to you.

We are unable to deal with issues relating to your domain or company emails as this is handled by your domain provider. Please contact whoever your domain is registered to (i.e. GoDaddy, Fasthosts) etc.
