We survey the digital landscape by auditing your current site and your competition so we can develop a store that's optimised in serving your customers and achieving your business goals. We then create simple wireframes based on our key findings and show the customer journey and general layout - you can think of it as a blueprint for the store.
Once we've established the customer journey, we create polished visual designs of your store. The visual designs are a realistic representation of what the store will look like, including chosen typefaces, colour palette etc. Good design can lower bounce rate, increase time on your store, earn more links and establish trust - all of which help your store earn higher rankings in search engines.
Once you're happy with the designs, we'll then get to work on coding your brand new Shopify store! We build your store responsively so the site scales down on mobile devices, making it easy for people to buy regardless of what kind of device they're using. We also help you create complex promotions and offers and automate workflows using Shopify Plus tools such as Shopify Scripts, Launchpad and Flow.
Once the store build is finished, we'll hook up your payment gateway so you can receive payments, integrate Google Analytics and Facebook for usage tracking, integrate Mailchimp for email marketing, and configure your store's domain name so it's all ready for the big launch day.
