We designed and built a new theme for Mori to meet high demand and grow.

The Challenge

In 2019, MORI was one of the most rapid-growing start-ups intent on revolutionising the babywear industry by producing environmentally-conscious gender-neutral cotton and bamboo baby essentials. To coincide with MORI's high-growth strategy, we designed and built a bespoke Shopify store with a fresh new look and feel and sophisticated buying features.

The Solution

After launching the new theme, we continued to work closely with the marketing team to schedule work with upcoming campaigns and targets to optimise key landing page. We performed monthly SEO audits to monitor keywords and overall store health, in addition to regularly adding new store features and e-commerce best practice.

The Results

MORI's sales revenue triple within three months of being the new theme being launched and the brand continues to grow from strength to strength.
